Facebook has its own keyboard shortcuts which will help you to easily access themain sections of your facebook account like home, recent messages, profile e.t.c.
you may use these shortcuts from your window desktop keyboards

The operation varies depending on the web-browser you're using, like if you are using Mozilla Firefox then you should also press shift button while in Internet Explorer
you have to press Enter after using these following shortcuts

Using the keyboard for navigation not end there, you may use the cursor left andright to navigate through the images when viewing a photo albums. its much more better and Convenient than using mouse.
